App Switcher tricks
In case you’re not familiar with App Switcher, press Command-Tab to bring it up
From there, you can continue to Tab until you reach the app you want to switch to and then release. But there are some pretty advanced things you can do.

Command-Tab | Bring up application switcher or go to next tile (quick Command-Tab just switches to previous application) |
Command-Shift-Tab | Bring up application switcher or go to previous tile |
Left arrow/Right arrow | Move to previous or next application |
Move cursor | Hover and click on selected applications |
Q | Quit selected application |
H | Toggle show/hide for selected application |
Esc or Command-period | Exit the Application Switcher |
Home/End or PageUp/PageDn | Move to beginning/end of applications |
Mouse scroll wheel up/down or left/right | Move to previous or next application |
Scroll trackpad left/right | Move to previous or next application |
Command-1 or Command-Up/Down Arrow | Enter Exposé mode for the selected application |
Drag file onto app switcher tile | Spring into Exposé |
